This diet is also called vitamin diet because it involves consumption of cabbage in large quantities, and versatile vegetables that contain lots of minerals (calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper), vitamins (C, A , B1, B2, K, PP) and fiber.
The diet is based on the preparation and consumption of cabbage soup, which you can eat in unlimited quantities, whenever you feel hungry. One pond of boiled or roast beef, or chicken or fish without rind and unlimited amounts of vegetables.
Brown rice and vegetables, unsweetened juices and water.
