We’ve been witnesses that in the past couple of decades the cardiovascular conditions have increased, including arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and high cholesterol levels, thanks to the unhealthy eating habits and an inactive lifestyle. If we don’t treat it, these conditions can have life-threatening consequences. You should be aware of your blood pressure and cholesterol levels and react in time if you notice they’re out of balance.
- 1 kg of lemons
- 1 bag of baking soda
- 5 or 6 bunches of parsley
- 12 cups of water
How to make it:
The water should be poured into a pot which should be placed on fire in order for the water to boil. Wash the lemons, chop them up and add them to the pot. Also, add the baking soda and set it aside for an hour.
Cut the parsley and put it into the mixture. The mixture should be cooked for 2-3 hours on low heat. Once it’s finished, pour it into a glass container and store it in the fridge. This amount of syrup should be enough for 20 days. Take 4 tablespoons of the syrup every morning on an empty stomach.
